12Q: How is your 24 hour average ticket response time calculated?
12A: Our site takes into account how long it takes to reply to each tech support ticket, and does the math to provide an average time for that day (past 24 hours). This is not a modifiable number and is entirely automated. These averages are taken from technical, and not sales support tickets, which may reflect a longer reply time depending on time of day.
*While this average is reliable, please do not take the number provided as an expectation of how quickly you will be serviced, it is shown purely for the curious ones.
*The number shown does not necessarily relate to resolution time, but rather ticket acknowledgment (first reply to support ticket), however most tickets are resolved within the first reply.
*If ' N/A' is listed, this means there have been no tech support tickets sent in the last 24 hours.
